First, I love change!!! You'll see a theme of leading transformational change in all of my work.
I'm an expert change management leader, keynote speaker, trainer, and strategic planning facilitator. This work includes:
* Creating change management plans and deliverables
* Coaching leaders on how to guide their people during mergers / acquisitions, system implementations, organizational redesign, and other transformations.
During my corporate career, I mentored 1,000's of women who were struggling to move into their ideal career or start a business from their hobbies and passions.
When I stepped into full-time entrepreneurship, I knew my talent and drive for supporting women had to be part of our business plan.
